Disease Enlarged Feet Help With A Possible Disease Diagnosis?

Help with a possible disease diagnosis? - disease enlarged feet

My grandmother is 66 and has been suffering with a variety of diseases. Symptoms can be greatly enlarged spleen, numbness in the legs (neuropathy possible diabetes), swelling of the legs (sometimes severe), mini-stroke, call not recall increased appetite, fatigue and loss of energy, loss of short-term memory (in five minutes ), digestive disorders, severe hot flashes, occasional diarrhea, some type of athlete's foot and pulmonary edema. Other conditions had / has, heart failure, diabetes, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and panic attacks included. It tested negative for both anemia and leukemia, both of them. She has frequent blood transfusions, and even if there are O + blood, it is difficult to find a game because of an abnormality with antibodies.

All ideas are welcome. The doctors were far less useful and I hope that no one understand what can not help. Thanks
