I am saving for a buggy, but I do not know where to get it. I live in County Down, when I saw the car, which was searching for eBay pick up only. Is there a service that can send the car through the seas of Northern Ireland.

If the law is such a thing as the United States, go-karts are on the street is not legal.
Only up to a policeman and ask him if it is legal - before spending much money.
